• Open plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen. It is connected to the dining room and living room.
• Large double bedroom with colourful and modern decoration. It has a fitted wardrobe and its own bathroom with a shower.

The area:

The flat is located on one of the hills of the village of Puerto Rico. From here, you can access different walks in the mountains of the village as you can walk or stroll in the direction of the beach.
Puerto Rico has many places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and open air parks.
It is also one of the villages with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. For its part, the area in which the flat is located is usually quieter and with less traffic than the lower part of the village.

Water expenses are included up to 50 euro. Internet is included in the rental price. To reserve the property for rent, it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Usually, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months, the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Usually, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
