About the property

The flat:

This is a comfortable and bright studio for 1 or 2 persons. The apartment is distributed on one floor:

• Small terrace with a table to enjoy the good climate of Arguineguin outdoors.
• Kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is compact.
• Living room: The living room has two comfortable sofas to enjoy with the visitors.
• Modern bathroom with a shower. It also has a washing machine and a window to the outside.
• Double bedroom with a large bed and a fitted wardrobe.

The area:

The flat is located in the village of Arguineguín. It has good accessibility to the commercial and gastronomic area. Walking we can access the two beaches of the village and the promenades, parks and other areas to enjoy the best sunsets of the island.
Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as having supermarkets, chemists, schools and health centre within walking distance.

Additional information:

Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. In addition, internet is not included in the price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
