The Property

This cozy and bright duplex has been recently renovated. It is perfect for individuals or couples looking to enjoy the south of Gran Canaria and its unique climate in a peaceful and relaxing setting.

The property features shared outdoor areas where you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The apartment complex is well maintained and offers access to three communal swimming pools.

The duplex is distributed over two floors:

Ground Floor

• Spacious terrace with plenty of room for outdoor dining, social gatherings, and enjoying the area's excellent climate. In addition to a table and chairs, there is also a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals with friends and family. This is an excellent opportunity to make the most of the sunny days.

• Large and comfortable living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV. It has direct access to the terrace, providing plenty of natural light.

• Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, and water heater. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room.

• Full bathroom with shower.

Upper Floor

• Double bedroom with a queen-size bed, television, air conditioning, a large built-in wardrobe, and its own private balcony.

• Full bathroom with shower.

For added comfort, the property is equipped with air conditioning on both floors.

The Area

The house enjoys a privileged location in a quiet yet central area in the south of Gran Canaria, Sonnenland. From here, you can reach Meloneras in just a few minutes, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets, as well as Playa del Inglés.

Several nearby towns and attractions are also within walking distance. The area offers a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other essential services.

Water and electricity costs are included in the rental price up to €50 per month. Internet access is included in the rental price.
