The property

This is a comfortable, spacious and bright apartment, ideal for families who want to enjoy the advantages of living in the south of the island. It is fully furnished and ready to move into from March 2027. It also offers views of the mountains and the shopping areas of Puerto Rico.

The apartment is distributed over two floors.

Ground floor

The complex has a large communal swimming pool and sun terrace. A parking space in the garage is also included.

The area

The apartment is located on the hillside of Puerto Rico. From here you have access to several mountain walking routes around the town, and you can also walk towards the beach and enjoy the promenade at any time of the day.

Everything in Puerto Rico is within walking distance. The town offers numerous leisure facilities, restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and outdoor parks.

Puerto Rico is also one of the towns with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. Located in the south of the island, it enjoys spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the apartment is situated is generally quieter and has less traffic than the lower part of the town.

Electricity and water costs are not included. Internet costs are included in the rental price. The rental price is €1,700 during the winter season. For a year-round rental, the price is €1,500 per month.
