The area

The apartment is located on the hillside of Puerto Rico. From here, you can access various mountain walking trails around the town, or stroll down towards the beach and enjoy the promenade at any time of day.

In addition, all parts of the town can be reached on foot. Puerto Rico offers numerous leisure facilities, restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and outdoor parks.

Puerto Rico is also one of the towns with the best climate in Gran Canaria. Located in the south of the island, it enjoys spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the apartment is situated is generally quieter and has less traffic than the lower part of the town.

Electricity, water, and internet expenses are included in the rental price. Rental price for stays of 6 months: €1,200 per month. Annual rental price: €1,100 per month.
