The Property:

This cozy apartment is located in a quiet area of Taurito and offers beautiful views of the sea and the swimming pool. Its functional layout and amenities make it a comfortable option for a relaxing stay in the south of Gran Canaria, with a maximum capacity of two people.

The layout is as follows:

• Spacious fully equipped living room and kitchen, with a sofa bed, TV, microwave, small oven, washing machine, large refrigerator, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee machine.

• Main bedroom with a spacious 1.80 × 2.00 m bed and windows facing the terrace.

• Fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, bidet and hot water.

• Large terrace equipped with a sofa, table and three chairs, where you can enjoy views of the swimming pool and the sea, as well as beautiful sunsets.

The Area:

The apartment is located in one of the highest areas of Taurito. From here, you can enjoy a very peaceful beach just a 15-minute walk away, a water park within a 10-minute walk, as well as several areas for walking and enjoying the surroundings. The area is well connected by public transport and also offers easy access to the motorway.

Taurito is also one of the areas with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. Located in the south of the island, it offers spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the apartment is located is generally quieter and has less traffic than the lower part of the town.
