The climate is considered one of the best in the world and its beach stands out for its black sand. The flat is very well connected by public transport, both by taxi and bus.

In addition to its paradisiacal areas and temperatures, it is a central area. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. The beach is only 300 metres away and Puerto Rico is only 6 minutes away by car.

In Puerto Rico we can find a multitude of leisure and commercial offers. There are several shopping centres with shops, restaurants, sports facilities, etc. In addition to a quiet white sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
